Arroya Canyon non-gated homes consist of one story and two story Trimark built semi-custom homes in 1999 to 2000 from approximately 3,000 square feet of livable to over 4,000 square feet. Most homes have at least a three car garage on irregular lots.
Arroya Canyon I and Arroya Canyon II are behind gated entries and consist of one and two story semi-custom Trimark homes. Some larger parcels (1 acre plus) are dedicated to custom homes of various sizes.
Entrada de Oro is a gated neighborhood with approximately 76 Maracay built one and two story homes in 1999 and 2000. Lots measure between 9,500 square feet and over 10,000 square feet.
Sunset Vistas is a non-gated Maracay built neighborhood with both one and two story homes built in 1998 and 1999. Lot size is between 9,000 and over 10,000 square feet.
Pavanne is non gated with Glenalden built homes both one and two story on lots which are approximately 8,000 to over 10,000 square feet.
Serrano offers homes built during 1998 to 1999 by Richmond American of both one and two stories. Most homes have two car garages. There are some greatroom floorplans measuring as low as 1500 square feet with two bedrooms and a den. This floorplan is a best seller.
The Villages is a gated neighborhood that consists of two story homes built by White Hawke. Some floorplans have less than 2000 square feet with minimum landscape necessay. There is a community pool.
